In order to receive an accurate astrology birth chart, you must provide your birthdate (mm/dd/yyyy), your location of birth (city/state), and the exact time of birth.
Please note, if you are unsure of your exact birth time, please do not guess. The time of birth ensures accuracy and changes your chart within minutes. Please refer to your birth certificate for accurate times and come back to book after you have it!
